PAYMENT OPTIONS

ONLINE PAYMENT:

Pay online with Yoco. Simply checkout and follow the instructions to pay online by entering your card details. The payment will be processed immediately and if successful the order will be processed then and there, ready to be shipped.

EFT PAYMENT:

Make an EFT payment directly into our account using the order number as a reference (bank details will be provided on checkout). Once the funds have cleared the order will be processed.

DELIVERY OPTIONS

OVERNIGHT : ARAMEX:

R100 delivery fee for orders under R1 000

R50 delivery fee for orders over R1 000

Free delivery for orders over R1 500

DELIVERY DURING COVID

Drivers have been instructed to not make physical contact with any customer and to always keep a safe distance. Packages will be placed on a surface indicated by our customers, who can then pick up the parcel once our driver is a safe distance away. In the interest of safety, customers will temporarily not be asked to sign on receipt of delivery. Please wipe down parcel on delivery and wash your hands well after opening the package.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

  • All return and exchange requests must be made within 7 working days of receiving the item.
  • Any item being returned must be returned in its original condition and packaging.
  • Clothing being returned must be unworn and have all tags still attached.
  • Lingerie products not eligible for return.
  • You can exchange your item for another item of the same value or we will refund your credit card or bank account once the item has been received and inspected.
  • To ensure that your return is well protected whilst being shipped, we recommend that you send your items to us in the original packaging provided.
